How We Work
Emerald Build Ltd is a specific construction pricing company, that will allow main contractors and subcontractors to take the hassle out of tendering for work.
Once you have secured the tender information from your client, simply forward over to us. We will review the tender information and either give you a lump sum price to complete the tender for your client or agree an hourly fee to complete the tender for you. Whichever approach you wish to take, is up to you.
Once the tender is complete, we will send it back to you, to submit to your client or we can submit to your client, on your behalf.
In addition to tendering, we also provide a follow-on service, for once you have secured the project. We will formulate a valuation template, specific to the development in question, and if required, go to site each month to value the works complete. We can then submit the valuation to your client each month on your behalf.
Our Company
Emerald Build Ltd is a Quantity Surveying company based in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire and was formed in October 2018. As part of its growth and focus, Emerald Build concentrates solely on pricing residential works for builders, developers, subcontractors and homeowners.
This allows Emerald Build greater control over what types of developments it prices and gives its clients better confidence in priced tenders.
Introduction to Emerald Build’s Managing director
Emerald Build Limited is a QS company formed by its Managing Director Tom Grace. Tom has previously worked as Commercial Manager for over six years for a large construction company based in Bromley, Kent and as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at various companies in the UK and Ireland for over an additional 15 years. It was whilst working for large construction organisations, in a senior managerial position, that Tom perfected his talent for residential construction development to specific client requirements. This has allowed him to form Emerald Build Ltd. This is a specifically formed company to price residential developments to client’s exacting requirements.
